Ordering and Payment

How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order on our website by adding items to your cart and following the instructions during the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payment information is encrypted and processed securely using Shopify Payments or other secure payment processors.

Shipping (Delivery)

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, type of product, and the number of brands in your order.

- €2.99 per brand for pickup point delivery (non-furniture items)
- from €16.99 to €59.99 per item, depending on the brand
- for orders over €70 (single-brand orders only)
- on orders over €150 or €300, depending on the furniture brand

Each brand ships separately, so shipping costs apply per brand in your order. This will be clearly shown at checkout. Around 95% of our orders come from a single brand and require only one shipping fee.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders within the EU (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) are delivered within 3–8 business days from our European warehouses, unless a different delivery time is specified on the product page.

Made-to-order items may take longer to arrive — you’ll find exact delivery times listed in the product description.

How can I track my order?

All EU orders come with a tracking number, which is sent to your email after the order is shipped.

Do you deliver to pickup points or door-to-door?

Orders are delivered either door-to-door or to pickup points, depending on the destination country. If no pickup point is available within a 5 km radius, the order will be delivered to your address. Oversized items are always delivered door-to-door.

What happens if I order products from different brands?

If you order products from different brands, items from each brand will be shipped separately, and a separate shipping charge will apply for each brand in your order. However, approximately 95% of orders are from a single brand.
